Our Vision

Welcome to the next generation…

The Ainsworth Foundation bridges the gap in public school funding and provides much-needed program staffing that helps to improve our students’ educational outcomes. In past years these funds have:

- Supported specialists focused on enhancing the Math and Technology curriculum

- Provided full-time PE and Music teachers

- Increased the number of counselors to buttress our most vulnerable  students

- Sustained educational assistants for Kindergarten and First Grade to nurture our youngest students

In addition, Ainsworth Elementary, through the Ainsworth Foundation, is one of the leading contributors to The PPS Parent Fund Award, administered by The Fund for PPS. One third of total dollars raised is being stewarded and distributed to go to school communities who serve a large percentage of students historically underserved. These flexible dollars continue to accelerate progress to support our community’s commitment to racial equity and social justice and move PPS forward toward realizing its vision — PPS Reimagined.
